SHIPPING
Items will be delivered within 3 - 7 business days. We are working hard to pack and prepare your orders, and our delivery vendor will pick up the items to deliver to you.
Tracking: If you have not received your item within 2 weeks of your order date, please email us at cs@lesportsac.bluebell.sg.
Restrictions: We do not ship to multiple addresses for a single order. We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.
Order Changes: LeSportsac reserves the right to cancel or make changes to any order (including price corrections) prior to dispatch as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
REFUND POLICY
Sale Items: Sale items are strictly non-refundable. Please review your order carefully; no cancellations or amendments can be made once an order is placed, except by the Company in the event of stock or pricing errors.
Out of Stock/Pricing Errors: If an item becomes unavailable or if an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, our Customer Care Team will notify you via email. A full refund for the affected product will be issued at the checkout price.
Processing Time: Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Credit Cards/Banks: Up to 14 days. GrabPay / Atome: Up to 30 days.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- Non-Promotional Items: The item must be a Non-Sale item.
- Exclusions: Items purchased during Black Friday Sales, Flash Sales, or any other specifically marked promotional events are strictly not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Timeline: The request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and protective plastics intact in the original packaging.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
We now accept exchanges for non-sale items, subject to the following:
Higher Value: If you exchange for an item of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference (top-up).
Lower Value: If you exchange for an item of lower value, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Condition: Items for exchange must meet the same "Return Eligibility" criteria listed above.
