We do not ship to multiple addresses for one order.

We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses.



All goods sold are strictly non-refundable. Please review the order carefully before you confirm your order, no cancellation/amendment/refund can be made once the order has been placed.

Please ensure that the personal data you provide is accurate to ensure that you will receive all the notification or order updates via email successfully.

If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable or out of stock, our Customer Care Team will send you an email as notification. A refund for the out-of-stock product will be made accordingly to the selling price value during your checkout.

The amount spent will be credited back to your original payment method. The amount may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on the bank, while for Grab Pay and Atome, the amount may take up to 30 days to appear in your Grab Pay/ Atome account.
